During last two decade, the Indian economy has witnessed significant transformation and structural changes. This has been due to on going economic reforms , brought about by the govt. of India since the early nineties. These reforms were primarily aimed at improving market efficiency, enhancing transparency and putting the check unfair trade practice so that the Indian capital market and banking sector could move up to match the international standard. In the process, there are huge requirement of business professionals in the country.
